Architecture is traditionally conceptualised as a fixed object where the architect's responsibility ends when the keys are handed over. Given the ecological crises we face today, it is crucial that we reconsider how our buildings evolve over time and how they contribute to a broader understanding of our material resources, our climate and our culture.
